THE ALTON PROJECT 2
This full Design and Planning project saw some previous clients return back to us so that we could remodel their next home. Situated in the South Downs National Park, our clients have a love for traditional style properties with oak framing.
With this in mind, a dated and cold existing glass extension has been replaced with a larger oak framed glass extension. To the front of the house a veranda style, oak beam porch provides a homely, welcoming feel with new, handmade clay tile hanging, slate roof and timber windows finishing the look.
To the interior, we worked to reconfigure the existing ground floor layout to make better use of the space they have, whilst also improving the flow of the kitchen / dining / family area along with the addition of a much-needed utility/scullery and pantry.
